About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Data Analytics Trainer who can deliver high-quality training, guide students through real-world analytical projects, and confidently host webinars to support our lead generation. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, practical hands-on experience, and previous training/teaching exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Classroom Delivery

• Deliver online/offline training sessions for beginner to advanced learners.
• Teach core data analytics concepts including:
• Excel (advanced)
• SQL
• Python for data analysis
• Data visualization (Power BI/Tableau)
• Statistics & analytical thinking
• Dashboard creation and reporting
• ETL concepts
• Use real-world datasets to demonstrate analytics workflows and problem-solving.
• Review student assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Design and update curriculum modules aligned with industry standards.
• Develop training materials, practice datasets, quizzes, and capstone projects.
• Ensure content is practical, intuitive, and job-oriented.

Webinars & Lead Generation

• Host engaging webinars and free workshops to attract potential students.
• Present the importance of data analytics, career opportunities, and course outcomes.
• Conduct mini-demonstrations or live analytics walkthroughs during webinars.
• Represent the academy’s brand with professionalism and clarity.

Student Mentorship

• Provide guidance on projects, SQL/Python queries, dashboards, and analysis techniques.
• Support students in building strong portfolios with industry-relevant projects.
• Help prepare learners for interviews and job placements in data-related roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics training or corporate instruction.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Excel (advanced functions, automation)
• SQL (queries, joins, stored procedures)
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong understanding of data cleaning, EDA, reporting, and business insights.
• Ability to host live webinars and present complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• A portfolio or GitHub with analytical projects (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on real corporate analytics projects.
• Familiarity with machine learning basics (bonus).
• Prior experience running workshops, masterclasses, or online training.
• Knowledge of BI best practices and storytelling through data.
