Data Analytics Lead

As a Data Analytics Lead at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in leading a high-performing team of data engineers and data analysts. Your responsibilities will include: - Building, managing, and nurturing a team of data engineers and data analysts to ensure optimum performance. - Collaborating with both business and technical teams to identify and prioritize platform ingestion requirements. - Experience working with the manufacturing industry to develop a centralized data platform for self-service reporting. - Leading and guiding team members, offering mentorship and support for their professional growth and success. - Managing customer, partner, and internal data both on the cloud and on-premises. - Evaluating current data technologies and trends to foster a culture of continuous learning. - Developing an end-to-end data strategy, from gathering business requirements to data modeling and creating reports and dashboards. Your required skills for this role include: - Proficiency in data engineering and architecture, particularly in developing scalable cloud solutions using Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks. - Accountability for architecting, developing, and maintaining a centralized data platform encompassing operational data, data warehouse, data lake, Data Factory pipelines, and related data services. - Designing and constructing operationally efficient pipelines utilizing core Azure components like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Pyspark. - Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes. - Proficiency in SQL and Pyspark. - Knowledge in building PowerBI reports and dashboards. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
