As a Technology Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and developing educational materials to enhance the technical skills of individuals. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to educate individuals on a variety of technologies - Creating comprehensive training materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations - Utilizing e-learning platforms and software to facilitate efficient learning experiences - Demonstrating proficiency in a wide range of technologies including software, hardware, networks, and cloud computing - Collaborating with team members to ensure effective training delivery - Applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges - Demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Exhibiting good organizational skills and attention to detail in all training activities To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology training or a related field - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Experience in developing training materials - Familiarity with various technologies - Proficiency in e-learning platforms and software - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively - Good organizational skills and attention to detail Additionally, it is preferred that you have: - Certification in a relevant technology area - Master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Experience in a technology-related field outside of training This full-time position requires you to work in person at the specified location.
