Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business functions through the development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI or Google Looker. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of finance and accounting, combined with hands-on data analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI or Google Looker
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources (ERP systems, databases, Excel files)
• Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Develop automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to understand reporting needs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
• Assist in performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

Educational Background (any one of the following):

• CMA Inter / CA Inter + Certificate or Diploma in Data Analytics
• MBA (Finance) / M.Com + Certification in Data Analytics

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI or Google Looker
• Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
• Understanding of SQL for data extraction (preferred)
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus
