Job Description

With a team of over 22,000 partners, you will be contributing to delivering exceptional service using leading technology. **Responsibilities:** - Develop an understanding of Audit Services Charter, Policy, and Methodology, as well as Business Units and associated risks. - Collaborate with DA team members to translate business needs into insightful digital solutions. - Work with audit and DA teams to deliver ad hoc and customized analytics for global internal audits. - Promote the usage of data analytics in audits within the region and apply data analytics in audit engagements. - Communicate analytics results and insights to end users in non-technical terms. - Develop sophisticated business intelligence to unlock insights from various data sources. - Support the implementation of complete Big Data solutions, including data acquisition, storage, transformation, and analysis. - Ensure data completeness and accuracy throughout the coding process with attention to detail. - Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and assurance in the Internal Audit process. **Qualifications:** - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. - 3-5 years of experience with data analytics solutions like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Alteryx, ACL, or equivalent. - Prior Internal Audit experience preferred but not required. - Demonstrated ability to innovate and solve real-world business problems. - Ability to articulate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences. - Self-discipline to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. - Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid environment (3 days office, 2 days remote), collaborating with a global team across time zones.
