Job Description

As a partner at Northern Trust, you will join a globally recognized financial institution with a history dating back to 1889. With a focus on providing innovative financial services to successful individuals, families, and institutions, we are committed to upholding our core values of service, expertise, and integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive understanding of Audit Services Charter, Policy, and Methodology, as well as collaborating with the DA team to translate business needs into digital solutions. Working alongside audit and DA teams, you will deliver customized analytics to support global internal audits and promote the use of data analytics within the region. In this role, you will be tasked with communicating analytics results and insights to end users in a non-technical manner, as well as developing sophisticated business intelligence solutions to unlock insights from diverse data sources. Additionally, you will support the implementation of complete Big Data solutions, ensuring data completeness and accuracy throughout the coding process. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or possess equivalent work experience. A background in working with data analytics solutions such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Alteryx, ACL, or similar tools is required, with 3-5 years of prior experience in this field. While prior Internal Audit experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate innovative thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-discipline, the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment, and the flexibility to work in a hybrid office and remote setting are essential qualities for success in this role. At Northern Trust, we value a collaborative and flexible work environment that encourages professional growth and development. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders, explore new ideas, and make a positive impact on the communities we serve. Join us in our commitment to excellence and apply today to be a part of our inclusive and purpose-driven workplace.,
