Data Analysts (Senior/Analyst)

As a Data Analyst Senior at FedEx, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making. You will explore and visualize datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies, as well as analyze historical data to identify trends and develop forecasts for future performance. Investigating and identifying root causes of issues or discrepancies in data will be a crucial part of your role. Providing training and support to users on data analysis tools and techniques, as well as communicating findings and insights through compelling data visualizations and narratives, will also be essential. You will support data-related projects by providing analytical expertise and insights, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through quality assurance processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar discipline. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. You should have at least five years of relevant work experience in data analysis. Fluency in English, strong analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, numerical skills, planning and organizing skills, presentation skills, statistical knowledge, and data modeling and visualization skills are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
