Data Analyst Training & Development (EdTech)

You are a Data Analyst joining the Training & Development team, with a focus on enhancing learner success and program outcomes through data-driven insights. Your responsibilities will include analyzing learner data from various sources, tracking key performance indicators, developing dashboards and reports, identifying patterns in learner performance, and collaborating with faculty and curriculum teams to improve content delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or EdTech. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Google Data Studio is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with knowledge of Python/R/R being advantageous. Previous experience in EdTech, Training, or Learning & Development analytics will be beneficial.
