Data Analyst Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics. In addition, you will design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments based on learning objectives. You are expected to stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the training content remains relevant and effective. Conducting needs assessments to customize training for diverse learner profiles and evaluating learner progress are also key aspects of your role. Collaboration with instructional design and data teams for enhancing learning materials and delivery methods will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics. - Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments based on learning objectives. - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep training content relevant and effective. - Conduct needs assessments to customize training for diverse learner profiles. - Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with the instructional design and data teams to improve learning materials and delivery methods. - Assist in maintaining documentation and reports related to training sessions, attendance, and performance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 12 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science. - Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau). - Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (formal or informal) is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training sessions.,
