Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Toprankers, your role will be crucial in turning raw data into actionable insights to support various departments in making informed decisions. Your analytical mindset, proficiency in data tools, and ability to present findings in a clear, business-oriented manner will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze structured & unstructured data from multiple sources such as CRM, LMS, and Marketing platforms. - Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs across sales, student performance, operations, and marketing campaigns. - Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Support business teams with data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling. - Collaborate with product and tech teams to define data tracking requirements. - Automate recurring reports and data processes for efficiency. - Present findings to stakeholders in simple, impactful visualizations. - Maintain data quality, security, and compliance standards. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Masters preferred). - Experience: 2-5 years in data analytics, preferably in EdTech/SaaS/Digital Marketing. - Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Python/R for data analysis. - Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar). - Knowledge of statistical analysis & predictive modeling. - Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear business language. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
