Location: BangaloreExperience: 49+ YearsCompensation: 1325 LPANotice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferredKey Responsibilities:Design and implement analytics solutions using SAS and SQL.Partner with campaign management teams to track effectiveness and improve ROI.Develop customer segmentation models to drive targeted campaigns.Automate legacy processes using Python and Dataiku.Work on data migration and modernization initiatives.Deliver actionable insights from retail banking data.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align analytics with strategic goals.What Were Looking For:Proficiency in SAS and SQL is a must.Hands-on experience in campaign tracking and retail banking analytics.Familiarity with Python, Dataiku, or similar tools for automation and transformation.Strong domain knowledge in retail, banking, and campaign management.Bachelor's or Master's in Statistics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.
