Data Analyst-PySpark

As a Senior Data Analyst specializing in PySpark within the BFSI domain, your primary responsibility will be to define and gather source data to derive insights and develop use cases. You will be tasked with mapping and joining multiple data sets from diverse sources, identifying data inconsistencies, and proposing migration solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in aiding data migration efforts and coordinating with the team effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong background as a Financial Services Data Analyst with expertise in data models and dictionaries specific to Banking and Finance. Your experience in Market and Credit Risk domains will be instrumental in this position. As a proactive problem-solver, you should be adept at devising strategic solutions and have excellent analytical and communication skills. Proficiency in big data programs, SQL, an agile mindset, and knowledge of SDLC are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate for this position must demonstrate strong analytical and commercial skills, along with a proven track record in big data programs. Your communication and delivery skills should be excellent, and you should be proficient in SQL and database management. Being an enthusiastic problem-solver with a solid understanding of SDLC and Agile processes is a must. While not mandatory, expertise in Data Quality and Governance, hands-on experience in Spark Scala/Java, and a history of managing delivery-focused data teams are considered advantageous for this role.,
