Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis of datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  
• Support the design and execution of experiments to test hypotheses.
  
• Interpret and communicate findings through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
  
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
  
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support various departments as needed.
  
• Assist in developing and implementing analytical models to extract insights.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives and data requirements.
  
• Contribute to improving data infrastructure, including collection and storage.
  
• Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and methods in data analysis.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  
• 12 years of professional experience in data analysis with measurable business impact.
  
• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with

  Python

  for statistical analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as

  Looker, Power BI, or Matplotlib

  .
• Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  
• Familiarity with monitoring/model performance and building dashboards in

  Grafana, Looker, etc.

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to machine learning techniques and algorithms.
  
• Prior AdTech industry experience.
  
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as

  Spark

  or

  Kafka

  .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as

  AWS

  or similar.
