Role: Data Analyst

Location: Pune, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from

  relational databases

  (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Work with data from both

  SAP systems

  (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP ECC) and

  non-SAP systems

  (e.g., CRM, ERP, legacy systems).
• Build and maintain interactive

  dashboards and reports

  using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide comprehensive business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
• Perform data quality checks, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Create documentation and maintain data dictionaries for key data sources and reports.
• Support ad hoc reporting and data requests across various departments (finance, supply chain, operations, etc.).
• Work with IT/Data Engineering to improve data infrastructure and automate manual data processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience in data analytics, data reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Strong knowledge of

  SQL

  and experience working with

  relational databases

  .
• Experience working with

  SAP data sources

  (e.g., SAP BW queries, SAP tables, SAP HANA views).
• Exposure to

  non-SAP systems

  such as CRM, custom databases, or third-party data platforms.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like

  Power BI

  ,

  Tableau

  , or

  QlikView

  .
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
