Data Analyst Intern

The Data Analyst role involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from diverse sources such as surveys, CRM, sales, and marketing. Utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, or R is essential to derive meaningful insights. You will be responsible for creating dashboards and reports for internal teams and client presentations. Conducting competitor analysis and performance benchmarking will be part of your regular tasks. Supporting lead generation and outreach activities is also a key aspect of the role. Furthermore, you will analyze customer behavior to recommend enhancements in marketing and sales strategies. Assisting in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks is another crucial responsibility. Researching market trends, potential partnerships, and client segments will be essential for strategic decision-making. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and client retention is a vital part of the job. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shift hours. The ability to commute or relocate to Janakpuri, Delhi, Delhi, is required. A Bachelor's degree is also required for this role. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred.
