Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. he will collaborate closely with cross-functional and Sales teams to analyze trends, build dashboards, and develop data models to support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured analytical solutions.
• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and root cause analysis on key business metrics.
• Design and implement data models to support reporting and self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide timely insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Optimize queries and data processes for performance and scalability.

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
• Strong experience with SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Hands-on experience building and managing dashboards in Power BI.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (DAX).
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
