Data Analyst III

The Data Analyst III role involves consulting with internal stakeholders to understand problems and collect data for supporting data-driven business decisions. This role focuses on using data tools to collate, model, interpret, develop visualizations, and communicate effectively to the business. Individuals in this role are expected to work on projects/initiatives independently, especially those with high complexity. The typical shift hours for this role are ideally from 3 PM to 12 AM. Responsibilities include having a solid understanding of best practices, executing projects and initiatives independently, providing support to analytics team members, leading analytics efforts with high complexity, partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, creating visual displays of data, and effectively leading small/operational analytics projects. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Master Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Math, or equivalent work experience. The candidate should have the ability to understand complex data structures, apply advanced blending and refinement techniques, leverage SQL for data querying, use visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI, have experience in intermediate statistics, possess basic knowledge of big data platforms, and be able to present complex issues in simple and sophisticated insights.
