Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Data Analyst (0–2 Years Experience)

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing datasets from various sources.
Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
Support senior analysts in developing automated reports and data workflows.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis for different teams such as Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain documentation for reports and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
Present simple analytical findings in a clear and structured manner.
Learn and apply statistical concepts to support decision-making.
Contribute to improving data quality and reporting efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile – Data Analyst (0–2 Years Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or internships/projects in data.
Good understanding of SQL and basic query writing skills.
Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of Python or R is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to present insights simply and clearly.
Eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and analytical methods.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage tasks responsibly.4
