D for Data Analytics:

Data Analytics Specialist

This role requires independent problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and the capability to communicate technical insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, optimize, and manage complex
SQL queries
to support business analytics and reporting.
Utilize
Python
for data manipulation, scripting, and advanced analytics.
Develop insightful dashboards and reports using
Tableau
to support data-driven decision-making.
Apply
banking domain knowledge
to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and translate findings into business insights.
Use
BI tools and methodologies
for effective data presentation and analysis.
Clearly communicate technical concepts and findings to diverse audiences.

Requirements:

SQL Proficiency:
Hands-on experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries in a business environment.
Banking Domain Knowledge:
Strong understanding of banking products, including credit cards and loans.
Python for Data Analytics:
Proficient in using Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Data Visualization:
Expertise in
Tableau
for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
BI Tools:
Experience working with BI tools for data presentation and business intelligence.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
