Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst at Games24x7, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide valuable insights that support strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities will include: - Gathering requirements from stakeholders and managing/prioritizing these requirements. - Working on A/B experimentation to draw conclusions using statistical techniques. - Converting actionable insights into well-defined projects and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams. - Understanding player behavior and executing projects to measure their success. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports. - Debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting various solutions. - Ensuring data quality standards are implemented for accuracy, reliability, and reusability of data and solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science/IT from a top college. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Analytics. - Strong proficiency in statistical concepts and techniques like hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis. - Experience in developing and implementing advanced statistical models and algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting). - Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus. - Exceptional logical and analytical skills, excellent technical and communication abilities. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages like Python, R, SQL, etc. - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets is advantageous.
