Data Analyst-Data Governance

The Analyst-Data governance role within the Data & Analytics department in Mumbai involves implementing a data governance framework to enhance data quality, standards, metrics, and processes. The primary objective is to align data management practices with regulatory requirements and gain an understanding of data lineage within the Bank's business process and systems. Responsibilities include designing and executing data quality rules and monitoring mechanisms, analyzing data quality issues in collaboration with business stakeholders, building recovery models across the Enterprise, and utilizing DG technologies for data quality and metadata management such as Ovaledge, Talend, and Collibra. Additionally, the role involves supporting the development of Centralized Metadata repositories including business glossaries, technical metadata, capturing business/data quality rules, and designing data quality reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Data governance. Key success metrics for this role include the successful implementation of the Data Quality framework across business lines.,
