Position: In this role, you'll play a key part in leveraging AI, predictive analytics and data visualization to optimize learning strategies, measure impact, and drive innovation in talent development . Your work will transform raw data into actionable insights, shaping the future of upskilling and workforce intelligence. Responsibilities: Design, enhance, and develop advanced Power BI dashboards , seamlessly integrated with AI to deliver predictive insights and meet evolving business needs Implement data automation techniques to streamline reporting Optimize the integration of AI models with Power BI & analytics platforms Manage & maintain MS Projects & SharePoint sites for seamless collaboration Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with other tools and resolve any technical issues. Profile Requirement: Strong Power BI expertise , including dashboard development & integration. Ability to design and implement AI-driven dashboards & insights 5+ years of experience with Power BI & advanced analytics Ability to hit the ground running within a month! Experience in MS Projects & SharePoint is a plus.
