Role Overview: As a Data Analyst in the chemical manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to support data-driven decision-making processes. You will be tasked with analyzing production data, optimizing processes, and facilitating real-time performance monitoring through advanced analytics and dashboards. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze data related to production, raw materials, quality, and energy consumption - Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Conduct root cause analysis on process deviations - Utilize SCADA/DCS and ERP data to extract actionable insights - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Excel (including VBA and Power Query), SQL, and Power BI/Tableau - Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SCADA/DCS - Experience in data cleaning, process control, and handling large datasets - Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of chemical processes - Effective communication skills and keen attention to detail Additional Company Details: The company is seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
