Job Title: Data Analyst BFSI | Qlik Sense, QlikView & Power BI Location: Bangalore Experience Level: 7+ years of experience Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong experience in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data visualization, business intelligence , and analytics within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. You will play a key role in turning complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making and business strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Power BI . Translate business requirements into clear, insightful data visualizations and analytical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs for various business functions. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes as required. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. Provide ad-hoc reporting and deep-dive analysis to support business needs and strategic initiatives. Monitor and optimize performance of BI tools and dashboards. Maintain documentation for data models, dashboards, and reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in data analysis, BI development, or related roles. Proficiency in Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Power BI – including scripting, data modeling, and dashboard development. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) domain – with understanding of domain-specific KPIs and reporting needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Python/R for data analysis) is a plus. Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security practices in the BFSI sector. Understanding of financial metrics, regulatory reporting, and risk analytics.
