Data Analyst

Location

Hyderabad / Ahmedabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and business insights.
Develop and optimize data pipelines using
Python
,
SQL
,
Hive
, or
Spark
.
Create and manage dashboards and reports in
Looker
(required) and
Power BI
(good to have).
Conduct
A/B test experimentation
to evaluate business or product changes.
Apply statistical methods and machine-learning concepts to support decision-making.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Mentor and guide junior analysts/data scientists.

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis or data science.
Proficiency in
Python
,
R
, and
SQL
.
Experience with distributed data technologies (
Hive
,
Spark
).
Strong understanding of
Statistics
and
Machine Learning fundamentals
.
Proven experience with
Looker reporting
(mandatory).
Familiarity with
A/B testing
and experimental design.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
