Role Overview: You will play a crucial role as a UAT Analyst in maximizing claim opportunities in the Out of Network Department at Zelis India. Your responsibilities will include monitoring claim volume and turnaround time, reviewing claim routing decisions, identifying claim savings opportunities, and conducting end-to-end user acceptance testing for new features/services. You will work as part of the Out of Network ART Scrum Team to ensure the quality and accuracy of changes and enhancements related to the OON product. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor claim volume and turnaround time to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Review claim routing decisions made by associates and identify claim savings opportunities. - Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure appropriate functionality, product integrity, accuracy, and quality of changes and enhancements. - Analyze operational and technical requirements to define the scope of UAT testing. - Develop and maintain detailed test scenarios, test suites, data, checklists, and other documents aligned with requirements. - Analyze and troubleshoot erroneous results, determine root cause, and suggest solutions. - Continuously improve and refine tests based on feedback and results. - Support multiple projects, tasks, and maintenance releases while meeting deadlines. - Identify and discuss claims with routing or processing concerns. - Maintain awareness of and adhere to Zelis standards regarding privacy. - Assist in creating/updating standard operating procedures and participate in Scrum grooming and planning sessions. - Collaborate with the scrum team to define user stories and acceptance criteria for testing. - Participate in Sprint Retrospective to improve processes and plan for future releases. - Act as an SME between Business and Scrum Team to communicate upcoming deployments, demo, and production defects. - Prioritize projects based on business needs and assess risks to develop strategies for quality improvement. - Communicate substantial analysis identifying trends and opportunities across the business effectively. Qualifications Required: - 3 years of healthcare insurance experience preferred. - Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. - SQL experience preferred but not mandatory. - High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.,
