Data & AI - Data Engineer

• We are seeking an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provideoperational and production support for our React Native (mobile) and React.js(web) applications.
  
• The role involves incident resolution, deployment support,monitoring, and collaboration with L1, DevOps, and L3/development teams to ensure seamless application availability and performance

Roles &Responsibilities:

•  - Monitor dashboards, error logs, crash reports (Firebase,Sentry, Splunk, ELK, etc).-
  
• Troubleshoot issuesrelated to UI, APIs, builds, deployments, and integrations.Perform root causeanalysis (RCA) and provide workarounds until permanent fixes.
  
• Escalate unresolved issues with detailed analysis to L3teams.Manage deployments for web apps (React.js) and mobile apps (ReactNative).-
  
• Handle app releaseactivities: code packaging, signing, and publishing to Google Play Store &Apple App Store.- Support SSL, CDN, caching, and environment configurationchanges
  
• Monitor application availability, performance, and end-userexperience.Support routine checks, regression validations after releases, andsystem health monitoring.
  
• - Work closely with L1 support for ticket triage.- Partnerwith DevOps for CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting.- Maintain runbooks, FAQs, andknown error databases. Professional & Technical Skills
  
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. Strongknowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.- Hands-on with React.js (web) or ReactNative (mobile) applications- Understanding of REST APIs, authenticationmechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).
  
• - Experience with monitoring/logging tools ( Splunk,AppDynamics, ELK).- Knowledge of incident management systems (ServiceNow,Jira).-
  
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHubActions).- Familiarity with mobile build/release processes (Xcode, AndroidStudio, signing, provisioning pro.-
  
• Good to Have Skills -Exposure to native Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) debugging.-
  
• Familiarity with mobile device testing frameworks (Appium,Detox).-
  
• Knowledge of securitystandards (PCI DSS, TLS, data encryption). - Scripting knowledge (Shell,Python, or PowerShell) for automation.- Basic knowledge of cloud computing(AWS)

Additional Information:

• - The candidate should have minimum2 years of experience in React.js.This position is based at our Pune office.- A15 years full time education is required.
