Your day at NTT DATA As an Architecture Consultant at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned level expert responsible for delivering multi-technology consulting services to clients. Your role involves providing strategies and solutions on all aspects of infrastructure and related technology components. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop the architectural approach for one or more layers of a solution, ensuring the optimal functioning of the client's technology infrastructure. What You'll Be Doing Key Responsibilities: - Ability and experience to engage in conversations with the CEO, Business owners, and CTO/CDO. - Analyze complex business challenges, devise effective solutions, and prioritize client needs. - Develop high-level innovative solution approaches for intricate business problems. - Utilize best practices and creativity to address challenges effectively. - Conduct market research, formulate perspectives, and communicate insights to clients. - Build strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. - Demonstrate attention to detail with a strategic understanding of business impact. - Provide excellent client service orientation in high-pressure situations. - Establish and manage processes through collaboration and business understanding. - Generate new business opportunities and contribute to relevant vertical markets. - Enhance internal effectiveness by improving methodologies, processes, and tools. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field. - Scaled Agile certification is desirable. - Relevant consulting and technical certifications such as TOGAF are preferred. Required Experience: - Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large-scale technology services environment, preferably multi-national. - Proficiency in multi-technology infrastructure design. - Expertise in consulting, client engagement, needs assessment, and change management.
