DAP (WhatFix) Application Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting, managing, and monitoring the day-to-day operations of systems and applications related to DAP (WhatFix) to ensure stability and integrity, and meet customer service levels. Your role will involve ensuring services are delivered according to agreed SLAs, identifying and resolving incidents, managing incident lifecycles, and implementing Public Cloud Vulnerabilities assessment and remediation plans. Key Responsibilities: - Review performance based on agreed SLAs and KPIs to ensure services are delivered as per expectations - Investigate and resolve incidents by addressing root causes and preventing recurrences - Report on incidents and review key findings with major stakeholders using metrics such as ticket volume and service windows - Manage incident lifecycles to minimize adverse impacts on business operations - Implement CIS baselines relevant to Public Cloud Vulnerabilities assessment and remediation plan - Ensure proper user and access management and adherence to operational procedures and quality standards - Support Service/Solution Operations Manager in technical topics and application lifecycle management - Provide technical support to the Business and IT to meet the needs of defined business areas - Collect and distribute knowledge about systems and services for effective support - Ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within the Service/Solution Operation scope - Deliver all services in compliance with internal and external regulations - Act as a point of contact for key issues and decisions, align decisions with business priorities and strategies - Manage live technical environments on a day-to-day basis - Monitor, measure, report, and review the performance of services to ensure IT meets business needs Qualifications Required: - At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with DAP (WhatFix) application development - Expertise in Product Analytics and other associated modules - Experience in operations and maintenance of DAP (WhatFix) applications Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
