Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone, email, or chat in Danish language.
  • * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 0-5 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • * Proficiency in speaking and understanding the Danish language
  • * Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to different cultural nuances.

Work Mode - WFO

Working Days - 5 Days

Salary - Attractive remuneration
