Job Title: Dance Teacher – Classical / Western

Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Dance Teacher with the ability to teach both Classical (Bharatanatyam / Kuchipudi / Kathak, etc.) and Western dance forms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training students, choreographing performances, and contributing to the school’s cultural programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging dance classes across Classical and Western styles.
• Teach foundational techniques, expressions, rhythm, posture, and theory.
• Prepare students for events, competitions, and annual programs.
• Plan choreography, rehearsals, and stage presentations.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and class decorum.
• Collaborate with Music, Art, and PE departments for integrated events.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Dance or Performing Arts.
• 1–3 years of teaching experience in schools or dance academies.
• Proficiency in at least one Classical form and familiarity with Western styles.
• Strong communication, class management, and student engagement skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
