DAM QA

As a Quality Control Specialist, your role involves reviewing the quality of incoming video and digital assets and ensuring the quality control of outgoing assets. You will also work on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to accurately tag metadata and ensure projects adhere to functional specifications and QA team standards. Collaboration with internal studios and external parties is key to achieving technical quality for all deliverables, while monitoring schedules and deadlines to ensure timely delivery, especially for handling large volumes of files. Your responsibilities will also include documenting, tracking, and verifying defects and resolutions throughout the project lifecycle, as well as ensuring correct archiving of files on storage servers for efficient future access. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality review of incoming video and digital assets - Perform quality control of outgoing assets - Work on the DAM system for accurate metadata tagging - Ensure projects adhere to functional specifications and QA team standards - Collaborate with internal studios and external parties for technical quality - Monitor schedules and deadlines for timely delivery - Document, track, and verify defects and resolutions - Archive files correctly on storage servers Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field - High knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially Premiere, Media Encoder, After Effects, Photoshop - Experience in video editing or post-production workflows - Solid understanding of technical specifications and digital formats - Familiarity with color grading and VFX processes - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Ability to handle large volumes of files and metadata with attention to detail - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Positive, collaborative attitude with a results-driven approach - Enthusiastic team player - Meticulousness in performing Quality Revision and Quality Control by examining all aspects thoroughly and accurately, ensuring nothing is overlooked.,
