Job Title: Dairy Technologist

Experience: 2–4 Years
Plant Location: Modasa
HO Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: based on experience and interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cheese production processes including coagulation, curd handling, pressing, salting, and aging
• Ensure adherence to recipes, process controls, and quality standards
• Monitor and control factors affecting cheese yield, texture, and flavor
• Conduct routine quality tests (moisture, pH, fat content, etc.)
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, GMP)
• Document production data and support traceability
• Collaborate with R&D for new product development or process improvement

Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.Sc in Dairy Technology or related field
• 2–4 years of experience specifically in cheese manufacturing
• Good understanding of dairy microbiology and food safety standards
