D365 F&O Functional Finance Consultant

Job Description: As an AX Functional Consultant at Hitachi Solutions India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in all aspects of implementing and supporting Dynamics solutions. Your responsibilities will range from pre-sales activities to project lifecycle management, including go-live support. You will lead Solution Design sessions, assist with configuration, data migration, interface design documents, functional design documents, and troubleshooting of customizations. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business processes (Finance) to identify opportunities for improvement. - Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the need for custom code development. - Understand the functional capabilities and limitations of out-of-the-box functionality and custom code. - Match customer requirements with technological capabilities and Microsoft's continuous release plans. Key Competencies: - Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365 - Finance and Trade & Logistics. - Experience in developing customized solutions for complex business problems. - Demonstrable consultancy experience. - Strong understanding of business processes. - Relevant Microsoft certification. - Excellent documentation and communication skills. - Logical approach to problem-solving and structured change management. - Ability to multitask and prioritize. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail. Skills Required: - 1-4 years of experience within D365. - Specialization in one or more of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, Security. - Qualified Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance/Operations). - Fluent in English. - Strong communication and consulting skills.
