D2C Sr Finance and Accounts Manager (E-Commerce/ Home Decor)

Key Responsibilities:

? Implement and manage the MIS structure across the organization.

? Deliver timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.

? Build dashboards for revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, inventory & working capital.

? Own channel-wise revenue reporting (website, Amazon, quick-commerce, marketplaces, offline).

? Lead reconciliations (payments, returns, commissions, GST, TCS, settlements).

? Build structured expense classification and cost frameworks.

? Track operating expenses, marketing spends, overheads, and variances.

? Implement inventory MIS (weekly & monthly).

? Oversee stock valuation, costing, ageing & reconciliations.

? Ensure accurate procurement-to-warehouse-to-sale visibility.

? Implement checks, controls, and documentation across finance processes.

? Strengthen working capital visibility across cash, stock, receivables, and payables.

? Build scalable SOPs across all finance workflows.

? Identify automation opportunities (Tally, API integrations, Sheets automation, dashboards).

? Lead and manage the existing finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.

Good to have:

? CA Inter / MBA Finance / Semi-qualified CA / B. Com with strong reporting and MIS experience.

? 48 years of experience in finance operations, reporting, or controllership roles.

? Strong command over Tally, Excel/Google Sheets, reconciliations.

? Experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG is preferred.

? Proven team management skills.

? Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
