Location: Marol, Mumbai Type: Full-time | 6-day week Experience: 3 years + growing shopify website minimum sale 3 cr per month Reports To: Revenue Head About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and strategic Ecommerce Manager to take charge of our direct-to-consumer business at www.soulflower.in. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will have complete ownership of website sales and digital performance. This role requires a unique blend of analytical skills, marketing expertise, and operational proficiency to enhance revenue generation and foster customer loyalty on our online platform. Key Responsibilities: - P&L Ownership for Website Sales: Responsible for driving overall website revenue growth and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. - Performance Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance customer acquisition via Meta, Google, and affiliate channels. Implement data-driven strategies with clear ROAS and CAC objectives. - Data Analytics & Shopify Tool Expertise: Utilize Shopify analytics, conversion funnels, and custom data dashboards to monitor and optimize website performance, guiding strategic decision-making and execution. - Loyalty & Retention Marketing: Develop and execute CRM & loyalty programs to maximize LTV and retain key customer segments. - Customer Experience Management: Supervise the customer care team to deliver exceptional post-purchase experiences, manage returns, exchanges, and engage in proactive customer communication. - Cross-Functional D2C Team Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, product, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation of D2C initiatives. - Inventory & Sell-Through Management: Collaborate closely with supply and merchandising teams to manage website stock levels, plan promotional calendars, and prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. Key Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in D2C e-commerce, performance marketing, and website management. - Proficiency in Shopify, analytics tools, Google & Meta advertising platforms. - Experience in managing external agency relationships and vendor partnerships. - Demonstrated success in scaling website sales and enhancing conversion metrics. - Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
