About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Manager(s) with proven experience in selling SaaS solutions for the F&B industry (POS, kiosks, ordering, or restaurant tech e.g., Petpooja, Rista, Thrive, Zomato Pro, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the restaurant/QSR industry and a track record of consistently achieving revenue targets. This role is field-intensive and requires a hunter mindset to generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals at speed. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to restaurant owners, QSR chains, cafs, and franchise operators in the assigned territory. Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through referrals, cold calls, networking, and field visits. Solution Selling & Demos: Understand customer pain points in billing, ordering, and operations. Deliver product demos (POS, kiosks, signage, voice ordering, etc.) tailored to client needs. Effectively position Cyntra.ai solutions against competitors. Sales Closure & Revenue: Negotiate commercial terms, structure attractive deals, and close contracts. Achieve monthly revenue targets of 4/5 Lakhs consistently. Work closely with inside sales and pre-sales teams for smooth handover to onboarding. Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track competitor activities (Petpooja, Rista, Torqus, etc.) and identify differentiators for Cyntra.ai. Provide regular market feedback for product and pricing optimization. Relationship Management: Develop strong long-term relationships with restaurant owners, franchise heads, and operations managers. Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Requirements 4–6 years of field sales experience in F&B SaaS, POS systems, payment solutions, or restaurant tech. Proven track record of achieving/overachieving sales quotas of at least 4–5 Lakhs per month. Strong network of contacts in restaurants, QSRs, and franchises. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. High energy, self-driven, and comfortable with extensive field travel. Knowledge of POS, kiosks, digital signage, ordering apps, or F&B automation is a strong plus. Why Join Us?
