Cycling Event Host

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-friendly Cycling Host to lead and manage electric bicycle (e-bike) tours. As the face of our outdoor experience, you will guide small groups on scenic and cultural cycling trips, ensuring safety, fun, and memorable interactions throughout the journey. Key Responsibilities: Host cycling trips using electric bicycles in and around destinations like Nandi Hills, Devarayanadurga, and nearby nature trails Assist in loading/unloading e-bikes and other gear before and after trips Conduct safety briefings and ebike usage demonstrations for participants Lead the group along planned itineraries, maintaining group cohesion and pace Coordinate with the operations team for route planning, meals, and logistics Handle minor maintenance issues on-site (flat tires, battery checks, etc.) Engage participants with local insights, friendly interactions, and clear communication Ensure customer safety and first-aid preparedness throughout the trip Collect feedback and share photos or trip highlights for social media Requirements: Passion for cycling, fitness, and the outdoors Basic knowledge of electric bicycles or willingness to learn quickly Good communication and people management skills Punctual, responsible, and enthusiastic personality Ability to manage group dynamics and provide assistance when needed Preferred: First aid certification, prior tour experience, knowledge of local routes Perks: Free access to e-bikes and gear Opportunity to explore scenic routes and local destinations Performance-based incentives and tips Training and growth in outdoor tourism and adventure guiding
