Description
As a candidate for the role of responding to RFPs and proposals related to cybersecurity services, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Lead and manage the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals in the cybersecurity services domain. - Translate complex technical cybersecurity solutions into clear, compelling, and compliant proposal content. - Collaborate with presales, delivery, legal, and technical teams to gather accurate information and ensure alignment in proposals. - Write, edit, and format high-quality proposal sections, including executive summaries, technical solutions, compliance matrices, and case studies. - Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and client expectations. - Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and case studies specific to cybersecurity offerings. - Track, manage, and report proposal milestones and submissions using tools like Excel, SharePoint, or proposal management software. In order to excel in this role, you must possess the following skills: - Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including SOC Operations, Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP), GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), IAM (Identity & Access Management), SIEM, Threat Intelligence, and Vulnerability Management. - Proven experience in writing and managing RFPs/proposals for cybersecurity or IT services. - Excellent command of written English, formatting, and proposal structuring. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. - Strong coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication skills. Additionally, the following skills would be considered advantageous: - Experience working with Middle East countries. - Understanding of public sector procurement processes. - Familiarity with tools like RFPIO, Loopio, or similar proposal platforms.
