Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and driven Senior Business Development Manager with a pleasing personality and a background in professional services or in business where the interaction was with CXO's. The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling, has interacted with CXOs
and senior decision-makers, and thrives in client-facing environments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.
Key Responsibilities
? Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
? Present solutions effectively through meetings, demos, and proposals.
? Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.
? Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.
? Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
? 412 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or professional services.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? A pleasing and confident personality with a consultative sales approach.
? Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
? Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
? Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
? Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus (training will be provided).
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
