Job Description

As a Tech Business Analyst with experience in either Cybersecurity or Data domain, you will be an integral part of our client's team within the Security organization. Your role will involve applying business analysis techniques to ensure the ongoing cyber-security of our client and contribute to reducing security and operational risks in line with policies and standards. You will collaborate with colleagues at all levels, translate business requirements into technical documentation, and work with technologists to drive delivery. Your responsibilities will include conducting impact analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring the implementation of best-fit solutions. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in applying business analysis techniques, preferably in Vulnerability/Patch Management areas, and be proficient in data analysis with expertise in Excel. Additionally, you should have experience managing business and technical requirements, documenting business processes, and driving tasks independently from start to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. You should be comfortable working in a global and diverse team environment, collaborating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, and be adept at proposing possible improvements in processes and reporting. Fluency in English is required. While not mandatory, experience with Git / GitLab and dedicated tools for data analysis and visualization such as PowerBI or Tableau would be considered a plus.
