Job Description

As a Cyber Third-Party Risk Management Specialist at LSEG, your role will involve working closely with key stakeholders in Third Party Risk Management, Security Architecture, and Governance teams to ensure adequate controls are adhered to when onboarding new vendors. You will also collaborate with First- and Second-line Risk teams to develop and maintain risk profiles for key LSEG third parties. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct timely security impact assessments of third-party suppliers and initiate appropriate assurance responses - Produce high-quality, informative, and accurate reports for third-party assurance assessments - Provide advice and guidance on Cyber Security Minimum Requirements to internal and external stakeholders - Ensure the assurance portfolio of third-party suppliers is updated, manage vendor cyber administrative schedules, and communications Additionally, you will be responsible for initiating Application Health assessments for in-scope Applications. You will work with Application Owners on the results of their assessments, guide them through the process, support reporting of results, and recommend potential remediation activities. General Role Responsibilities: - Offer advice on Cyber Security Third-Party Risk based on vendor services to business stakeholders - Participate in internal Cyber Security forums and bodies to improve risk management and Cyber Security controls - Ensure compliance with NIST, GDPR, and other regulations - Contribute to the collection, reporting, and management of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Management Information (MIs) Leadership Responsibilities: This is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be part of a global team and seen as a trusted partner in a "high support and high challenge" relationship. Critical Deliverables: - Ongoing third-party security assessments - Management of third-party schedules and administrative tasks - Third-party security risk reporting and metrics - Alignment of assessments, schedules, and best practices with Group Third Party Risk Management In summary, your role at LSEG as a Cyber Third-Party Risk Management Specialist will involve conducting security assessments, providing guidance on Cyber Security requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management.,
