Job Description: You will be responsible for service request and incident handling for Reliance Cyber Security Team. This includes creating service tickets and Security Assessment tasks on the portal following the standard operating procedures (SOP). It is crucial to ensure compliance status of assessments before providing Go Ahead as per Lead Review. Additionally, you will monitor SLAs for tickets, assign tickets to the responsible person or team based on assessment requirements, and prepare service request reports on a daily basis, including SLA breach reports. Timely alerting the team for the closure of service requests is essential to maintain SLA standards. You will also perform first level verification of compliance of ticket servers based on SOP.
