Job Description

The candidate should possess a minimum of six years of experience in Public Cloud and Networking. Specific requirements include:
- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall for at least three years.
- Proficiency with Cisco Routers for a minimum of three years.
- A working knowledge of the BGP routing protocol.
- Familiarity with hybrid public cloud environments.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure, with a preference for AWS Certified Associate status, particularly concerning network components like VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, and Security Groups.
- Knowledge of Azure Public Cloud Networking, including VNET and Express Route.
- Proven ability to independently resolve Priority 1 (Production Network down) tickets and effectively manage related calls.
- Contribute to architectural enhancements and standardization within the infrastructure and security environments.
- Ensure that controls are established for all configuration items, allowing only authorized changes to be made to assets in the enterprise IT environment.
- Deliver Public Cloud Services in alignment with the Service Delivery Manager's guidelines.
- Develop knowledge and expertise in the specific areas encompassed by the Cloud Service.
- Report service issues and opportunities for optimization of public cloud services to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Experience with ITIL ITSM tools, particularly Service Now, is required.
- Equal proficiency in both Networking and Cloud is necessary.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

Mandatory Skills: Palo Alto Networks - Firewalls.Experience: 5-8 Years.
