Cyber Security Analyst

As an OIM Developer, your main responsibilities will include engaging and contributing to Identity & Access Management projects, working effectively as part of a team, executing engagement requirements, preparing reports and schedules for clients, developing and maintaining relationships with client personnel, contributing to people-related initiatives, maintaining an educational program for personal skills development, understanding and following workplace policies, fostering teamwork, managing performance for direct reportees, providing training and mentoring to project resources, and participating in organization-wide people initiatives. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tools, completed at least 2-5 implementations, a good understanding of Identity Access Management solutions, hands-on Java development and debugging experience, strong knowledge of Java APIs, libraries, and methods, familiarity with Java Frameworks like Struts/Spring, experience with application servers like Tomcat and WebLogic, understanding of RDMS and SQL queries, experience in setting up Identity and Access Management environments, development experience in Provisioning Workflows, triggers, and Rules, knowledge of LDAP, ability to convert business requirements into design, knowledge of information security standards and regulations, flexibility to work with new technologies in IAM domain, experience in techno-functional roles of IAM implementation, client-facing experience, and hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and customization of IAM tools. To be eligible for this role, you must have a B. Tech./B.E. degree with strong technical skills, proficiency in verbal and written English, experience in HTML, JSP, JavaScript, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and 2-7 years of work experience. Specifically with Oracle Identity Manager, you should have hands-on development experience in Provisioning and Reconciliation processes, experience in JAVA, customizing tools as per requirements, onboarding applications using connectors, and custom connector development. Overall, this role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.,
