About The Job
The Cyber Governance Expert will be part of our global CISO Office team and will play a key role in supporting the organization's cyber governance framework. This position is responsible for establishing and managing governance committees, ensuring effective meeting management (including agenda setting, minute taking, and action tracking), and providing guidance on governance best practices. The role will also facilitate regular meetings with the Cyber Security Champions Network, supporting effective communication of cybersecurity topics and actions across regions, business units, and functions.
Governance Committee Management
- Establish and maintain appropriate cyber governance committees in alignment with organizational needs.
- Coordinate committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, and tracking of open actions.
- Ensure follow-up on action items and drive accountability for completion.
- Provide guidance and best practices to committee members on effective governance processes.
Cyber Security Champions Network & IT Proxy Facilitation
- Organize and facilitate monthly / bi-monthly meetings with the Cyber Security Champions Network and the IT Proxies.
- Develop proper meeting governance.
- Establish a clear delineation between the role of the Cyber Champion Network and the IT Proxies.
- Collaborate with the CISO Office to prepare and distribute monthly updates, resources, and key messages.
- Establish a sub-team of site IT persons to be empowered to make decisions based on defined rules / criteria.
- Support Champions and proxies in effectively communicating cybersecurity topics within their respective regions, business units, and functions.
- Gather feedback from the network to inform continuous improvement of communication and awareness efforts.
- Establish a process to activate the Champions and IT proxies in the event of a significant cyber incident or other significant event.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on governance committee activities and Champions Network engagement.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between the CISO Office, governance committees, and the Champions Network.
Continuous Improvement and Awareness
- Identify opportunities to enhance governance processes and communication strategies.
- Stay current with industry best practices in cyber governance and awareness.
Education and experience*
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or a related discipline.
- Experience organizing and facilitating meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and action tracking.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is a plus.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST) is required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
