As a CRM Executive, your role involves being highly numerate with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will support the Senior CRM manager in defining and developing the retention strategy, roadmap, and budget to achieve targets and KPIs. Ensuring that client information is updated in CRM tools is a key responsibility. You will lead regular status meetings and gather field input through regular connects. Developing further as a professional sales representative by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques is essential. Proficiency in Zoho and Excel is preferred for this role. Working closely with operations and product managers to prioritize projects effectively according to business needs is part of your responsibilities. Following standard practices to keep data organized, readable, maintainable, and documented is crucial. Staying current on new and updated information is expected. Managing the sending of Quarterly connects and other marketing invitations to clients is also a task you will handle. Your willingness to learn and bright attitude will contribute to your success in this position.,
