CX Measurement Analyst

As a CX Measurement Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data to extract insights and improve the overall customer experience. Your role will involve working with various teams to track key CX metrics, map customer journeys, analyze feedback, and optimize CX data strategy. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in Qualtrics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and other survey platforms is required. - Strong analytical skills to interpret and extract insights from customer data. - Expertise in CX metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and CES. - Experience in customer journey mapping to enhance CX. - Design and implement Voice of Customer programs using structured and unstructured data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CX strategy, research, marketing, and sales. - Define and track CX-related KPIs like CSAT, NPS, and CES. - Analyze metrics to assess CX initiatives and identify areas for improvement. - Work with CX strategy and research teams to map customer journeys. - Design and implement survey programs to gather customer feedback. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless CX across all touchpoints. - Develop a deep understanding of existing datasets and optimize CX data strategy. Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Qualtrics, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and survey platforms. - Strong analytical and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be expected to create deliverables such as a 30-60-90 day plan, measurement plans, VoC plans, reports summarizing insights, journey maps, and measurement audits.
