This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a CX Domain Expert – Customer Experience & AI Solutions. The role involves designing and implementing customer experience strategies, leveraging AI solutions to enhance CX, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The CX Domain Expert will also be responsible for analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring the effective use of Genesys products to meet client needs.
