Customer Trainer

Job Description: We are looking for an energetic software trainer to help our clients understand and use our Fleet Management software effectively. You will be on the front line to increase usage of our software solution to clients and contribute to developing new features by mediating between the client and dev team.  Key Responsibilities: Ability to learn new software quickly. Train our clients to use our software solution effectively. Prepare user manuals in easy to understand formats (docs, tutorials, videos etc). Gain a deep understanding of our fleet management software. Stay up-to-date with product updates and enhancements. Understand clients’ business operations and suggest relevant modules, workflows that suit their needs.  Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent analytical skills. Good English speaking and writing.  Good Presentation skills. Good at using Excel/Google sheets. Conduct market research for potential clients. Knowledge of fleet management software and transport industries. Be willing and interested to travel to client office locations for training.
